A CONTACT FORM
- —Can't ask a follow-up question
- —Waits for someone to review the submission
- —Can't screen an inquiry against your criteria
- —Gives no sense anyone is listening
We build a custom, AI-assisted intake experience that asks relevant follow-up questions, works through your screening criteria, and sends submitted conversations to your inbox — day or night.
Many traditional law firm chat tools rely on fixed buttons and scripted branches. This assistant adapts to what the visitor actually says while staying within the intake scope you configure.
In their own words, the way they'd explain it to a person — not a dropdown menu.
Timing, injuries, treatment, other parties — covered consistently, regardless of the hour.
Full transcript and contact details, sent shortly after submission.
Matches your firm's colors, tone, and practice areas
Lightweight install — we provide the code and guide
Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile — no app required
Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Name, phone, and case details land in your inbox shortly after submission
Every conversation is encrypted in transit
Your firm's credentials are never exposed in the browser
Submitted transcripts and contact details are delivered to your inbox and are not sold to anyone
No vague promises, no hidden leap from demo to done.
No. The intake assistant works alongside your phone number, receptionist, contact form, and professional team. It handles the initial text conversation and gathers useful context; your people still review the submission, follow up, and make every legal, business, scheduling, pricing, or case decision.
No. General-purpose chat platforms are built for broad customer support. This is narrower by design: a dedicated intake assistant configured around your firm, the criteria your team uses, the boundaries it must respect, and the exact handoff you need.
Yes. The build is configured around your practice areas, screening criteria, tone, brand, notices, contact routing, and the questions your team consistently asks. Changes are handled by Intake Systems rather than through a self-serve editor so the configuration stays controlled and consistent.
The submitted conversation and contact details are delivered to the email address or addresses you designate shortly after submission. The full transcript gives your team the context to review what was said and decide how to follow up. Formspree also keeps a stored copy as part of how the delivery service operates.
Yes. Choose either a floating bubble that appears across the site or a page-embedded assistant placed on a contact, consultation, or dedicated intake page. We provide the installation code and detailed guidance for common platforms including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow. Running both formats together is a separately quoted add-on.
Yes. One round of revisions to the initial build is included when requested within 14 days of delivery. The monthly service also covers reasonable ongoing changes such as phone-number updates, notice wording, and screening-criteria adjustments. A new practice area, language, or second deployment format is scoped separately.
The base service is $1,200 for the custom build and setup, followed by $120 per month. The first payment is $1,320 at launch, covering setup and the first month of service; after that, billing continues monthly on the anniversary of launch. Additional practice areas, languages, or a second deployment format are scoped separately.
Not today. Submitted intakes are delivered by email with the conversation transcript and contact details. The current service does not include CRM, case-management, calendar-booking, payment, voice, or phone integrations. Those are deliberate boundaries of the service as it exists now.
The intake assistant gathers information. It does not make legal determinations, evaluate fault, predict outcomes, or provide legal advice, and it is configured to redirect questions that cross those boundaries. Each submitted intake includes the conversation transcript so your team can review exactly what was said and follow up appropriately.
No. Service is month-to-month, with no minimum commitment or cancellation fee. Once the setup fee is paid, the client-specific code and configuration belong to your firm. If you cancel, future billing stops and the hosted intake assistant is deactivated at the end of the paid period unless you choose to operate it independently.
